Mary Hoover Drucker excels in managing large-scale events, overseeing substantial budgets, coordinating vendors, and  handling logistics seamlessly. Originally incorporated on August 29, 2006 as the Auxiliary of St Mary’s Medical Center, Inc, our purpose was to minister to the non-medical needs of the patients of  St. Mary’s Medical Center as a public charity. The focus of our organization soon included promoting the health and welfare of the community, while also improving the physical comfort and mental well-being of patients at St. Mary’s Medical Center and encouraging recovery. Services and items provided vary depending on the needs of the patient.



Mary uses advanced project management tools to streamline communication and scheduling. Mary manages all vendor relationships, including hotels, caterers, and virtual technology providers. Her solid financial acumen helps identify potential Mary Hoover cost-saving opportunities without compromising the event’s impact. She orchestrated numerous conferences and symposia, managing budgets up to $12M, and ensured that each event reflected Morgan Stanley’s brand and objectives.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College. She started her career in the financial services sector where she held various positions, eventually rising to a senior vice president level. Prior to joining Dress for Success, Mary served as Executive Director of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County for four years where she focused on building relationships in the community and forming business partnerships to support the organization. Just prior to that, Mary served as Director of Student Services for Keiser University’s West Palm Beach Campus, where she worked directly with graduating students to help them enter the workforce, focusing on resume writing, interviewing skills, and professional dress. Throughout her career, Mary has garnered numerous accolades that underscore her expertise. From awards recognizing her innovative approach to travel solutions to acknowledgments for outstanding corporate event planning, her achievements are a testament to her dedication and hard work.

But they’re there, behind their walls, just as the grand lady said to me, and their social life, for those of them who like social life, is relentless. There are lunch parties and cocktail parties and dinner parties, and a great deal of stopping by friends’ houses for drinks on the way to the parties or on the way home from the parties. By its members, or the Everglades Club, for lunch, or dinner, or tennis, or croquet, or golf, or a swim. They are mostly dressed alike, the men in lemon or lime or raspberry linen trousers with blue blazers and loafers without socks, and the women in very understated beach- or golfwear, except for the group that plays bridge every afternoon, who are slightly dressier.
Her educational journey includes a strong travel and tourism management foundation and comprehensive business administration studies. Her expertise in managing cosmetic company events showcased her ability to tailor experiences to different industries’ unique needs. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures all aspects of event execution, from attendee registration to marketing and communications, are professionally managed. This results in consistently successful events that meet Goldman Sachs’ exacting standards. She organizes and executes corporate events for major financial and cosmetic companies. She went bankrupt, had all her possessions sold out from under her by court order to pay her creditors, went through more lawsuits than you could count, including one for libel against her onetime best friend, Mary Sanford, the Queen of Palm Beach.
