The National Quality Standards are a set of national benchmarks for early childhood education and care services. It includes seven quality areas like "Children's health and safety" and "Educational program and practice". We have a spacious, stimulating family day care environment where your child learns, play and interact with other children. Our classrooms are highly spacious, properly ventilated and stuffed with age-appropriate learning materials. We also have a large outdoor play area where your child can play and have fun with similar age group children.

As part of the daily fee, children can enjoy extracurricular activities, including a sports program and a cultural program. I began my career in early childhood education in 2012 as an Assistant Educator and have since progressed through roles including Lead Educator and Assistant Centre Manager. I have been working as a Centre Manager since 2018, and joined Community Kids Pakenham in 2025.I am passionate about leading and guiding educators to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children. Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with children, families, and teams. From my first day in early childhood education, I was inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in each child’s life.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.Our experience in both the toddler and Kinder 3 rooms was outstanding. The educators — including Ruth, Sarah, Jelly, Edna, Bailey, Sopesy, and the entire team — were absolutely amazing, caring, and supportive.My daughter truly loved this daycare. Even after moving houses and leaving the centre about three months ago, she still misses it.

Aspire’s Kickstart to Kinder program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey.

While participating in carpentry, Charlotte is learning to problem solve, experiment and predict. Little Stars also offers a School Readiness Program to help children gain the necessary skills to comfortably transition to primary school, and to become eager and active learners. The centre has a range of age-specific programs where children can play, develop, and participate in a way that reflects their unique strengths and interests. Watching the children grow and learn is a privilege – and something I am fortunate to share with an excellent team of carers and educators, all of whom are experienced and qualified.
