The original order should have been shipped and be on route to arrive by no later than January 15. I don't think I have ever encountered such bad customer service from online shopping. I called out local chapters on behalf of my elderly Grandmother to see if or when we could go and pick up her books. STILL, they haven't been sent out, I asked for the customer service number to get to the bottom of this, we are now very frustrating experience.
