Early Learning Centre Narre Warren
For the families who have chosen to raise their children here, our day care service matches the high standard of living they have come to expect. At Milestones Narre Warren North, we are committed to providing the highest standards of Education and Care. My teaching philosophy is holistic, focusing on each child’s physical health, personal growth, social development, emotional resilience, spiritual awareness, and cognitive development. By nurturing these interconnected areas, we aim to create a supportive environment where children can flourish and develop a lifelong passion for learning.
Our menus also offer a wide selection of fresh fruit and raw vegetables with morning and afternoon tea, as well as steamed, kindergarten narre warren fresh vegetables at lunchtime. The Rosella room is our pre-school room for children who will be preparing to go to school the following year. We offer pram, scooter, bike and trike parking for the day so you can walk to the centre for an easy drop off.
On the day of the tour, you can observe practices and interactions within the centre environment. I firmly believe that play is the most effective way for young children to learn, as it allows them to explore the world, develop language and problem-solving skills, and build confidence in their own abilities. In my classroom, play is integrated into all aspects of learning, from dramatic role-play and construction activities to nature exploration and hands-on discovery. At Community Kids Narre Warren early learning centre, I am fortunate to work with a long-standing team of passionate, caring educators who are dedicated to providing a warm and supportive environment for every child. Building strong relationships with families is just as important, and I always ensure we are available to greet them in the morning and afternoon, keep communication open, and provide ongoing support. By working together, we can create a welcoming and nurturing space where children feel happy, confident, and ready to learn. Attending an early childhood education and care setting offers children a wide range of rich learning experiences that extend beyond what is possible at home.

Our team creates a safe, home-like environment with consistent routines that help children feel settled and secure each day. Our 6 weekly rotating menu provides a variety of menu options that will satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. As an “allergy aware” childcare centre, we are equipped to accommodate any dietary requirement. Our literacy and phonics programs support the development of a child’s ability to read, write, create, speak and listen in a way that allows them to communicate with those around them.
As a result, we aim to make every child and parent feel welcome in our community, an approach which drives our experienced educators to form a genuine connection with each and every family. One of the most misunderstood things about quality early childhood education is where the real learning happens. It is not only during planned activities or structured group time — it happens in the in-between moments. In the way an educator responds when a child gets frustrated with a puzzle.
