From day one, each child is supported by a Key Educator, helping them develop a secure and trusting relationship, which supports their sense of belonging and emotional well-being. From 5 January 2026, the Australian Government is updating the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to guarantee at least 3 days of subsidised early childhood education and care per week. This means that all CCS-eligible families will receive at least 72 hours per fortnight (3 days/week) of subsidised childcare regardless of their work, study, or volunteering status. Our curriculum, which is a balance of child led and adult intentional teaching, offers children the opportunity to participate in active learning, whilst having the support and challenge they need from Educators.

After more than 40 years, Kora continues to be a vibrant centre, reaching out to many disadvantaged families in the suburbs of Bedford, Embleton, Inglewood, Mt.Lawley and Maylands. Even dogs need a place to develop their social skills, and daycare is one of the best places to do that. They’ll learn how to behave around other dogs and read their social cues. This can help prevent aggression and other behavioural issues that can arise when dogs aren’t properly socialised. Like going to a new school, it may take a few visits before your dog feels comfortable at daycare.
