Why Jeremy Piven Is Really Who You Want In Your Entourage

Here’s hoping he and HBO can soon get together and hug it out, bitch. Dillon, Connolly, and now Piven, have all stated their interest in reviving the show, which spanned eight seasons, 96 episodes and concluded – at least for now – with a movie. “If Mark and his team were really behind it, that would be some nice momentum,” Jeremy Piven told TMZ.

Wisdom of the Crowd ranks as the least-watched series on CBS’ Sunday lineup, narrowly trailing Madam Secretary — which has critical favor and an affluent audience in its corner. The series was a co-production between Universal Television and CBS Television Studios. As he puts it, "Forty doesn't have to look like sixty." "He's proud  of his scars and the fact that he's had to grind it out for 20-plus years," says Joe Carnahan, who directed the upcoming film Smokin' Aces, in which Piven stars as a Las Vegas magician turned Mob snitch. "He has learned from it all, especially the times people weren't beating down his door."

Several women have come forward with these accusations. He has denied all of the claims and taken a polygraph test to prove his innocence. The test revealed that  there were "no signs of deception", but the accusations still stand, and he has received more accusations since the test. No one knows who is telling the truth, but Piven is avoiding addressing the accusations more than just simple denial. This show is based on an Israeli  show of the same name. He is a technology innovator and wants to use all his skills to track down the murderer.

And when we caught up with the fast-mouthed funnyman on the set of his buddy Common's next music video, he had two very big projects to tell us about. Since being accused of sexual misconduct in 2017—allegations Piven has “unequivocally” denied—he has gone on hiatus from acting in order to pursue a stand-up comedy career instead. In 2018, he was once again accused of inappropriate behavior by several women, which he also denies. Jeremy Piven’s Ari Gold, the uber-aggressive agent with anger-management issues, becomes a Hollywood studio mogul in “Entourage,” the bigscreen take on the bro-tastic HBO series, which Warner Bros. opens June 3. Piven is also in London filming the new season of ITV’s “Mr. Selfridge,” the hit PBS series that follows the colorful life of the man who invented the department store.

He answered the question, but moved quickly to separate himself from the subject . OK, so the New York Post did once nominate Piven as “the biggest jerk in show business.” He can be reserved and is known to not suffer fools gladly.
